Втора Газела која по се изгледа им паѓа поради механички проблем. Ај да сочекаме извештај ама работава не е арна. Во 2011 тројца загинати кај Херцег Нови, денес двајца тешко повредени од кои еден многу сериозно и се бори за живот

12941 пред C-2 инспекција, сликано Септември 2010 година. Се работи за една од последните три "газели" произведени во СОКО и најмлада во флотата на Воздухопловството на Црна Гора. По падот на 12941, црногорците имаат уште 13 хеликоптери "газела" од кои три француски SA.341G и десет ју-произведени примероци.

Wypadek Gazelle w Czarnogórze

W piątek rozbił się śmigłowiec Gazelle, należący do wojsk lotniczych Czarnogóry. Załoga odniosła poważne obrażenia.
Należący do Vazduhoplovstvo Vojske Crne Gore (VVCG, wojsk lotniczych Czarnogóry) nieuzbrojony śmigłowiec uderzeniowy SOKO HN-45M Gazelle GAMA-2 rozbił się w piątek, o godz. 13:08 czasu miejscowego, w pobliżu Instytutu Komanski Most, na osiedlu Gornja Gorica, w zachodniej części stolicy kraju, Podgoricy. Na jego pokładzie znajdowali się 2 lotnicy: z-ca VVCG, 47-letni płk Namik Arifović, mający nalot 1800 h i szef operacji lotniczych VVCG 46-letni ppłk Miroljub Antanasijević, legitymujący się nalotem 1200 h.
Według świadków śmigłowiec leciał na wysokości ok. 100 m, gdy nagle rozpoczął wykonywanie powolnego zakrętu w lewo, a następnie awaryjnego lądowania autorotacyjnego. Następnie zderzył się z ziemią i przewrócił na lewą stronę, w wyniku czego nastąpiło częściowe odłamanie belki ogonowej oraz uszkodzenie łopat wirnika nośnego i kabiny. Przybyli na miejsce mieszkańcy wydostali z kabiny ppłka Antanasijevića. Gorzej było z nieprzytomnym płkiem Arifovićem, którego udało się ewakuować dopiero po ustawieniu śmigłowca w normalnym położeniu.
Obydwaj lotnicy zostali natychmiast przewiezieni do miejskiego szpitala. Na miejscu okazało się, że płk Arifović, który zapadł w śpiączkę, ma poważne uszkodzenia mózgu i kręgosłupa, złamane żebra i przebite płuco. Natomiast ppłk Antanasijević odniósł obrażenia klatki piersiowej i kręgosłupa. Obecnie obaj lotnicy znajdują się na oddziale intensywnej terapii.
Wkrótce po wypadku szef sztabu sił zbrojnych Czarnogóry, adm. Dragan Samardžić poinformował media, że rozbity śmigłowiec był w dobrym stanie technicznym, a jego obsługa techniczna była wykonywana prawidłowo. Wiropłat to Aerospatiale SA.342L Gazelle, wyprodukowany na licencji przez zakłady SOKO w Mostarze, 8 kwietnia 1991. Do czasu wypadku wylatał 840 h 20 min. Od ostatniego przeglądu typu C-2 (po 4 tys. h lub 12 latach eksploatacji), wykonanego 28 maja w zakładach Avioservice IKAR AD Laktasi w Banja Luce, wylatał 153 h 15 min. Napędzający go silnik Turbomeca Astazou XIVM wylatał 1558 h 35 min. Przeglądy silników tego typu wykonywane są co 1750 h.
W 2006 Helikopterska Eskadrila VVCG miała na stanie 15 śmigłowców Gazelle, w tym wielozadaniowe SA.341G i SOKO HO-42 (SA.341H), rozpoznawczy SOKO HO-42 HERA (SA.341H), służące do ewakuacji medycznej SOKO HS-42 (SA.341H) i uderzeniowe SOKO HN-45M GAMA-2 (SA.342L) przeznaczone do zwalczania broni pancernej i pojazdów. 2 września 2011 jeden z SOKO HS-42 został zniszczony w katastrofie, w której śmierć poniosło 3 lotników.
Obecnie w stanie zdatnym do lotu są nie więcej niż 4 czarnogórskie Gazelle. W efekcie piątkowego zdarzenia wszystkie zostały uziemione do czasu wyjaśnienia przyczyn wypadku. Wstępny raport ma być opublikowany najpóźniej 26 czerwca.

Remont švercovan, djelove krali godinama Zvanična komisija vojske utvrdila je da su rezervni djelovi helikoptera „gazela” upućivani u Avio-servis Ikar Banjaluka na nepropisan način, sa zapisnicima o slanju u kojima nema datuma slanja djelova, potpisa ovlašćenog lica i podatka o porijeklu djelova, i bez zavođenja dokumenta u Vazduhoplovstvu Vojske Crne GoreRezervni djelovi helikoptera „gazela” upućivani su u Avio-servis Ikar Banjaluka na nepropisan način, sa zapisnicima o slanju u kojima nema datuma slanja djelova, potpisa ovlašćenog lica i podatka o porijeklu djelova, i bez zavođenja dokumenta u Vazduhoplovstvu Vojske Crne Gore, utvrdila je zvanična komisija koju je formiralo Ministarstvo odbrane. Iako je „Dan” nalaze iz tog izvještaja objelodanio još 2015. godine, očigledno je da su propusti u toj strukturi Vojske Crne Gore i dalje prisutni i da izostaje adekvatna reakcija nadležnih.
Ova pitanja opet je aktuelizovala nesreća koja se desila minulog petka, kada se helikopter Vojske Crne Gore sa oznakom „gazela” HN–45M, broj 12941, srušio u blizini Komanskog mosta kod Podgorice za vrijeme izvođenja redovne planirane obuke u letjenju. U tom helikopteru su bili pukovnik Namik Arifović, zamjenik komandanta Vazduhoplovstva Vojske Crne Gore, i potpukovnik Miroljub Antanasijević, referent u referatu za letačke poslove. Arifović i Antanasijević teže su povrijeđeni i hospitalizovani su u Kliničkom centru Crne Gore. I helikopoter koji je pao u petak bio je na remontu u Banjaluci.
Ipak, čelnici Ministarstva odbrane i Vojske Crne Gore već godinama ignorišu detaljan izvještaj o stanju sredstava na dugovanju i radovima popisne komisije, koji dokazuje da su radnje u vezi sa remontom u najmanju ruku vrlo sumnjive. Izvještaj ukazuje i na krađu vojne opreme, po tada iznijetim procjenama, vrijedne čak oko 300.000 eura. Dokument, koji su potpisali oficiri Mersudin Ćatović, Milan Zejak i Dragan Đurasović, zaveden je pod brojem 2146-1 13. septembra 2013. godine. Komisiju je formirala Vojska Crne Gore i ona je imala zvaničan mandat. Prema navodima iz izvještaja koji su sastavili Ćatović, Zejak i Đurasović, rezervni djelovi „gazela” 11-42 /45 duži vremenski period su skidani sa helikoptera koji nijesu u upotrebnom stanju u jedinici i izuzimani su iz magacina rezervnih djelova.
–Nakon toga su na nelegalan način upućivani (privatnim vozilom) u Avio-servis Ikar Banjaluka bez propisane dokumentacije ili pisanog odobrenja kojim se opravdava taj postupak – navedeno je u izvještaju.
Ukazano je da su rezervni djelovi helikoptera „gazela” N-42/45 velike materijalne vrijednosti otuđeni iz Vazduhoplovstva Vojske Crne Gore uz falsifikovanje potpisa rukovaoca, koji je, navodno, izuzeo rezervne djelove iz magacina radi njihove ugradnje na helikopter „gazela” N-42.
Takođe, po tom izvještaju, rezervni djelovi helikoptera „gazela” N-42/45 upućivani su u Avio-servis Ikar Banjaluka na nepropisan način, sa zapisnicima o slanju u kojima nema datuma slanja djelova, potpisa ovlašćenog lica i podatka o porijeklu djelova, i bez zavođenja dokumenta u Vazduhoplovstvu Vojske Crne Gore.
Evidentirano je i da su rezervni djelovi helikoptera uzeti radi kompletiranja VTK 200-70, a nijesu uneseni na stanje dugovanja (knjižica VTK, magacin rezervnih djelova). Djelovi koji nedostaju su podmetač 34IA13-1025-20 jedan komad, rezervoar gumeni 341A55-1065-24, jedan komad, te zaptivač, 9682002701, deset komada.
Kada je u pitanju manjak rezervnih djelova helikoptera N-42/N-45, iz kompleta VTK 200-70 nedostaju sklop 341A31-4250-00, jedan komad, poklopac ulivnog grla 10271-12-0, jedan komad (pronađen naknadno kod rukovaoca i trenutno stanje odgovara stanju dugovanja), poklopac sijalice 30-0003-5, jedan komad, zaptivač 0111720140-M, dva komada, sijalica (far) 4553, tri komada, prekidač 1-3 1-100, jedan komad, sijalica, R-327, 13 komada, kutija komandna 418-00439-100, jedan komad, regulator napona D090-1, jedan komad, metalizacija motora 341 A51-1010.00, jedan komad, ležaj repne turbine 341 A33-9654-20, jedan komad, i nosač donjeg stakla 341 A25-0012-02, dva komada.
Pored pomenutog izvještaja, dio zaposlenih u Vojsci Crne Gore podnio je krivičnu prijavu protiv najviših rukovodilaca u vojsci i Ministarstvu odbrane zbog krađe vojne imovine, tražeći da se utvrdi odgovornost čelnika tog resora za otuđenje rezervnih djelova helikoptera i drugih predmeta u vrijednosti od oko 300.000 eura.
Prema navodima iz te krivične prijave, rukovodstvo Vazduhoplovstva Vojske Crne Gore je po službenoj dužnosti imalo uvid u godišnje izvještaje popisa pokretnih stvari u Vazduhoplovstvu Vojske, u kompletnost helikoptera „gazela” N-42/45 i presjek stanja rezervnih djelova.
Ukazano je da su rukovodioci upravljali postupkom remonta helikoptera „gazela” N-42/45 u Avio-servisu Ikar Banjaluka, gdje su bili prisutni, tako da su morali biti upoznati i sa otuđenjem rezervnih djelova helikoptera „gazela” 1-1-42/45 tokom postupka remonta helikoptera.
Tužilaštvu je u prijavi predočeno da ministarka odbrane Milica Pejanović Đurišić i načelnik generalštaba Dragan Samardžić za sve vrijeme od kada je utvrđeno da je izvršena krađa imovine nijesu uradili ništa da se otkriju počinioci i zaštiti interes države. Nije poznato šta je državno tužilaštvo uradilo po toj prijavi.
„Dan” je još u proljeće 2015.godine objavio da su oficiri Mersudin Ćatović, Milan Zejak i Dragan Đurasović, nakon što su otkrili zloupotrebe i kriminal u Vojsci Crne Gore, raspoređeni na druga radna mjesta, koja ne odgovaraju njihovoj stručnoj spremi. M.V.–D.Ž.
Arifović i dalje kritično
Pilot Vojske Crne Gore pukovnik Namik Arifović (47) je stabilno, ali treba vidjeti da li će se takvo stanje održati s obzirom da je njegovo stanje i dalje kritično, rekla je za RTCG anesteziolog u KCCG dr Vesna Čejović. Zdravstveno stanje potpukovnika Miroljuba Antanasijevića je stabilno. Arifović i Antanasijević se nalaze na odjeljenju intenzivne njege.
Spriječiti nove tragedije
Predsjednik Sindikata odbrane i Vojske Crne Gore (SOVCG) Nenad Čobeljić kazao je da ovo nije prva teška nesreća u vojsci i našem vojnom vazduhoplovstvu.
–Posledice prethodne nesreće bile su veoma tragične, naročito za porodice naših stradalih kolega. Nadamo se i vjerujemo da će se naše kolege koje su povrijeđene u ovoj nesreći izboriti za živote jer je to najvrednije i trenutno najvažnije. Nezahvalno je davati izjave u uslovima kada to može izgledati kao korišćenje prilike da se na tuđoj nesreći postignu određeni ciljevi i interesi sindikata, ali ne smijemo dozvoliti da se naviknemo na nesreće, da nam one budu prirodne, da se one „nažalost dešavaju’’. Moramo preduzeti sve da do njih ne dođe jer kada se dese onda je kasno – kazao je Čobeljić.
Po pravilu, dodaje on, krivaca i odgovornih nema, ili su to oni koji više ništa ne mogu reći u svoju odbranu.
–Žaljenje je ljudska reakcija, ali nam neće pomoći da povećamo cijenu ljudskog života zaposlenih u Vojsci Crne Gore. Tu cijenu nam, nažalost, određuju oni koji vide samo svoje karijerno napredovanje, a ne vide one na čijim leđima i zdravlju guraju karijere. Preventiva, profesionalizam i odgovornost su rješenje. SOVCG će sačekati rezultate zvanične istrage i reagovati u skladu s njima.
Činjenica je, podsjeća on, da su najnovijom formacijom Vojske na nivou generalštaba i komandi potčinjenih jedinica predviđena formacijska mjesta referenata zaštite na radu i da su ista personalno popunjena.
–Međutim, efekti njihovog rada su nevidljivi, bar za nas u SOVCG, čak ne znamo ni da li su preduzimali bilo kakve konkretne korake iz svoje nadležnosti, ili se ne miješaju u svoj posao da ne bi naljutili komandnu strukturu, odnosno svoje pretpostavljene. Sindikatu, kao veoma zainteresovanoj strani, nikada se nisu obratili. Ne treba očekivati da se u glavama lica na rukovodećim mjestima dese promjene i da najedanput postanu odgovorni u profesionalnom i moralnom smislu kada se dese loše stvari. Naše iskustvo pokazuje da je tek kada je došlo do personalne promjene na čelu Direktorata za ljudske resurse Ministarstva odbrane uspostavljen socijalni dijalog, kao i međusobno uvažavanje i dostojanstven odnos, dakle kad je došao neko ko ima moralne i profesionalne kapacitete. Ova poslednja nesreća mora preliti čašu, biti znak za uzbunu i pokrenuti pitanje ukupnog stanja zdravlja i zaštite na radu u Vojsci Crne Gore, ali i odgovornosti za stanje i posledice nerada i nebrige za ljude – kazao je Čobeljić.D.Ž.

MONTENEGRIN AIR FORCE GAZELLE CRASHED, SECOND IN FIVE YEARS
On June 10th, 2016, a Montenegro Air Force (Vazduhoplovstvo Vojske Crne Gore) SOKO HN-45M Gazelle GAMA-2 light single-engine anti-tank helicopter crashed in the area of Komanski Most, in Gornja Gorica settlement, in the western outskirts of Montenegrin capital Podgorica. The accident happened at 13.08 hours local time (GMT+1) causing severe injuries to helicopter crew and complete destruction of the aircraft. Helicopter pilots, Deputy Air Force Commander Col. Namik Arifović (47 years old, 1.800 flight hours total time) and Air Force Flight Operations officer LtCol. Miroljub Antanasijević (46 years old, 1.200 flight hours total time) sustained severe injuries and were immediately transferred to Montenegro's Clinical Center in Podgorica. Arriving to the hospital in a coma Col. Arifović was immediately put on a respiratory machine with diagnosed severe injuries on brain and lumbar spinal segments, nine broken ribs and punctured lung. His colleague, LtCol. Antanasijević, that according to the flight plan was the one who was flying the aircraft in the critical moment, was much luckier and been conscious ended on intensive care with broken thorax and lumbar spinal segments.
According to eye-witnesses, the unarmed helicopter was flying at a high of approximately 100 meters when it sustained some problem and started executing slow left-turn descend before it crash-landed in an open grass field touching the ground with main rotor blades following what it ended turned on its left side with partially detached tail boom, damaged main rotor blades and severely damaged cockpit. While local villagers were able to easily recover conscious LtCol. Antanasijević from the aircraft remains that was not the case with Col. Arifović who while unconsciousness was pulled out of the aircraft only after dozen villagers rolled helicopter in an up-right position in order to access the left seat of ill-fated pilot. What really happened in the last minutes of the flight is yet to be determined thought eye-witnesses testimonies are suggesting that pilots may have executed emergency autorotation descending maneuver in which the engine is disengaged from the main rotor system and the rotor blades are driven solely by the upward flow of air through the rotor. The most common reason for autorotation is an engine malfunction or failure, but autorotation can also be performed in the event of a complete tail rotor failure, or following loss of tail-rotor effectiveness.
Commenting the helicopter crash shortly after the accident, Chief of General Staff of the Montenegrin Army, Adm. Dragan Samardžić informed that crashed helicopter was in good condition and well maintained but as a precaution all Montenegrin Gazelles, including the GAMA-2 helicopter deployed to Slovenia for military exercise "Adriatic Strike 2016", have immediately been grounded and would remain as such until the cause of the accident is determined by the investigation Commission created with an order to provide first report about the accident by June 26th, 2016, at the latest.
Montenegrin Air Force HN-45M Gazelle-GAMA helicopter that crashed at Komanski Most is identified as wearing tail military identification number "12941". This helicopter is indeed an Aerospatiale SA.342L Gazelle helicopter produced under French-license by former Yugoslav aircraft manufacturer "SOKO" of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The helicopter left "SOKO" assembly line on 8 April 1991 wearing factory construction number "161". Been the youngest Gazelle in the Montenegrin Air Force, this helicopter by the time of its accident had accumulated 840 hours and 20 minutes total flight time out of which 153 hours and 15 minutes since last C-2 inspection that was completed on 28 May 2012 in "Avioservice IKAR AD Laktasi" in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The C-2 is a major heavy maintenance inspection of Gazelle helicopters and is conducted when aircraft accumulates 4.000 flight hours or 12 years calendar time, whichever occurs first. By the moment of the accident, aircraft's Turbomeca Astazou XIVM turboshaft engine had accumulated 1.558 hours and 35 minutes and was approaching engine scheduled TBO (Time Between Overhaul) of 1.750 hours.
The recent crash of Gazelle helicopter is second for the 10-years old Montenegrin Air Force and comes less than five years from the first one that was fatal and happened on September 2nd, 2011, when SOKO HS-42 Gazelle utility helicopter wearing military identification number "12752" (factory c/n "017") crashed at 10.55 hours local time at Luštica, near the coastal city of Herceg Novi. Instantly killed in that accident were all three Montenegrin Air Force officers on board: pilot LtCol. Belhadin Šahbaz (44), instructor-pilot Maj. Ivan Obradović (36) and flight-technician Sergeant 1st class Vidoje Tomić (36). Fourteen months after this tragic event, on November 5th, 2012, Montenegro Ministry of Defense revealed that investigation commission concluded that in the critical moments perished pilots tried but failed to avoid sudden uncontrollable flying of the aircraft that only 4 seconds later hardly slammed into the coastal cliffs at Luštica. According investigation commission, due to extensive damages of aircraft remains it was not possible to determine what part of the aircraft failed and caused for the helicopter to went out of control. However, the commission firmly remained behind its conclusion that the fatal crash was not caused by pilot or human error but rather from instant and critical failure of some component of aircraft flight controls. Despite the fact that certain parts of crashed helicopters have been collected and also examined by aircraft manufacturer Eurocopter (rebranded Airbus Helicopter in January 2014), that company also failed to determine the reasons for the accident of helicopter "12752" that was one of four Montenegrin Air Force Gazelles that passed C-2 inspection in "IKAR" during 2009.
When in 2006 Montenegro declared its independence from the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro, a total of 15 Gazelles have been inherited by newly-born air force at Golubovci air base (Vazduhoplovna baza Vojske Crne Gore Golubovci), located next to Podgorica international airport. The fleet was a mix of one French-made and few Yugoslav-made variants: three Aerospatiale SA.341G utility helicopters, two SOKO HO-42 (SA.341H) utility helicopters, one SOKO HO-42 HERA (SA.341H) reconnaissance helicopter, two SOKO HS-42 (SA.341H) medical evacuation helicopters and six SOKO HN-45M GAMA-2 (SA.342L) anti-tank helicopters. However, from the day one of its existence Montenegrin Air Force struggles to secure proper logistical support for these helicopters. While some of the problems are certainly related to budgetary issues the main problem, however, is refusal of Aerospatiale-successor Airbus Helicopters (that also Original Equipment Manufacturer - OEM of Aerospatiale SA.341/342 Gazelle helicopter) to recognized SOKO-made helicopters as its own products as a result of what Montenegro is not in a position to benefit from full-spectrum OEM logistical support system available for Aerospatiale-made Gazelle.
Nevertheless, in September 2014 a partial solution was found for Montenegrin Gazelle problems when Agreement between the Montenegrin Ministry of Defense and Airbus Helicopters has come into force providing the small nation with possibility to order Gazelle-related OEM-sourced spare parts, tools, equipment and technical literature in a maximal annual value of 400.000 Euro. This agreement, however, does not cover maintenance of any Yugoslav-made parts installed on SOKO-made Gazelles, including Turbomeca Astazou turboshaft engines produced under license in former Yugoslavia by "21. May" motor factory in Belgrade's suburb Rakovica. Consequently, Republic of Montenegro is still short of stabile logistics for its SOKO-made Gazelles and when it comes to heavy maintenance it can still choose between two maintenance facilities: Bosnian "IKAR" that has limited in-house capabilities and heavily relies on technical and professional expertise and support from neighboring Serbia or quite capable and experienced Serbian military aeronautical plant "Moma Stanojlović" that been based at Batajnica air base, near Belgrade, regularly provides logistical support for some 45 SOKO-made Gazelles that are still wearing the insignia of the Serbian Air Force.
Gazelle remains the sole helicopter in service with the Montenegrin Air Force Helicopter Squadron (Helikopterska Eskadrila Vazduhoplovstva Vojske Crne Gore) that possess 13 such helicopter out of which no more than four are in an airworthy condition at any given moment. Current plans of the Montenegrin Ministry of Defense are for returning in service and limited modernization of at least seven additional Gazelles over the incoming years in addition to procurement of at least two new twin-engine multi-role helicopters that would be used for transport of manpower and Special Forces, as well as for conducting SAR missions over sea and land in all weather conditions. By the time this happens Montenegrin Air Force will became part of NATO as tiny Balkan nation formal integration into the mighty military-political organization is scheduled to happen in late 2016 or early 2017 at the latest. Unfortunately and having not much choice, Montenegrin Air Force will enter in marriage with NATO bringing as a dowry its small and logistically problematic fleet of SOKO-made Gazelle helicopters.

MONTENEGRIN AIR FORCE GAZELLE CRASHED, SECOND IN FIVE YEARS
On June 10th, 2016, a Montenegro Air Force (Vazduhoplovstvo Vojske Crne Gore) SOKO HN-45M Gazelle GAMA-2 light single-engine anti-tank helicopter crashed in the area of Komanski Most, in Gornja Gorica settlement, in the western outskirts of Montenegrin capital Podgorica. The accident happened at 13.08 hours local time (GMT+1) causing severe injuries to helicopter crew and complete destruction of the aircraft. Helicopter pilots, Deputy Air Force Commander Col. Namik Arifović (47 years old, 1.800 flight hours total time) and Air Force Flight Operations officer LtCol. Miroljub Antanasijević (46 years old, 1.200 flight hours total time) sustained severe injuries and were immediately transferred to Montenegro's Clinical Center in Podgorica. Arriving to the hospital in a coma Col. Arifović was immediately put on a respiratory machine with diagnosed severe injuries on brain and lumbar spinal segments, nine broken ribs and punctured lung. His colleague, LtCol. Antanasijević, that according to the flight plan was the one who was flying the aircraft in the critical moment, was much luckier and been conscious ended on intensive care with broken thorax and lumbar spinal segments.
According to eye-witnesses, the unarmed helicopter was flying at a high of approximately 100 meters when it sustained some problem and started executing slow left-turn descend before it crash-landed in an open grass field touching the ground with main rotor blades following what it ended turned on its left side with partially detached tail boom, damaged main rotor blades and severely damaged cockpit. While local villagers were able to easily recover conscious LtCol. Antanasijević from the aircraft remains that was not the case with Col. Arifović who while unconsciousness was pulled out of the aircraft only after dozen villagers rolled helicopter in an up-right position in order to access the left seat of ill-fated pilot. What really happened in the last minutes of the flight is yet to be determined thought eye-witnesses testimonies are suggesting that pilots may have executed emergency autorotation descending maneuver in which the engine is disengaged from the main rotor system and the rotor blades are driven solely by the upward flow of air through the rotor. The most common reason for autorotation is an engine malfunction or failure, but autorotation can also be performed in the event of a complete tail rotor failure, or following loss of tail-rotor effectiveness.
Commenting the helicopter crash shortly after the accident, Chief of General Staff of the Montenegrin Army, Adm. Dragan Samardžić informed that crashed helicopter was in good condition and well maintained but as a precaution all Montenegrin Gazelles, including the GAMA-2 helicopter deployed to Slovenia for military exercise "Adriatic Strike 2016", have immediately been grounded and would remain as such until the cause of the accident is determined by the investigation Commission created with an order to provide first report about the accident by June 26th, 2016, at the latest.

Komisija Vojske Crne Gore (VCG) utvrdila je da je helikopter, koji se srušio 10. juna u blizini Komanskog mosta u Podgorici bio tehnički ispravan, da je imao sve neophodne dozvole za letjenje, te da je bezbjednost leta najvjerovatnije ugrozio sam pilot, saznaju Dnevne novine od izvora bliskih istrazi.
Prema preliminarnim rezultatima istrage ove komisije, on je spustio letilicu na nepreporučljivu visinu 50 metara od tla, kako bi navodno pozdravio prijatelja, koji se nalazio u tom naselju. Kobnom manevru pilota najvjerovatnije je doprinio i obližnji dalekovod, koji nije na vrijeme uočio.
