FSB Director Bortnikov reported to the president about the detention of 11 individuals, including four terrorists directly involved in the attack.

Bortnikov also informed Putin about the FSB's efforts to identify the support base of the attackers.

Margarita Simonyan reported that the number of casualties in the "Crocus" attack has reached 143.

Simonyan published a video of the detained suspects: one of them confessed that he was promised one million rubles for the crime and that the handlers instructed him to kill all the people in the hall.

The weapons used by the terrorists were prepared in advance in a stash, as reported by the FSB. After the attack, the criminals intended to cross the border with Ukraine and had corresponding contacts on the Ukrainian side.

The terrorists detained in the Bryansk region are currently being transferred to Moscow, according to the FSB.
